Dave Kimberling, Executive Director

Mr. Kimberling has overall responsibility for WMI’s strategic planning, payer/vendor negotiations and relationships, contract compliance, and operational management of WMI. Mr. Kimberling comes to WMI with over 20 years of experience in the health care industry. His experiences are broad ranging and include working for managed care organizations, integrated delivery systems, medical groups, hospital systems, consulting firms, and in public accounting. Mr. Kimberling has led contracting for a large primary care organization and helped build, develop and lead one the largest Physician Hospital Organizations (PHO) in Washington State with 500 physicians and 53,000 full risk members. At the PHO, Mr. Kimberling was responsible for all payer contracting.

Mr. Kimberling has also held other key leadership roles including:

• Leading strategic planning, business development and payer strategy for a large for-profit delivery system
• Leading strategic planning, business development, marketing, practice acquisitions and recruiting for a 275- member multispecialty group
• Interim Administrator, Department of Pediatrics, Stanford University

Cheri Haderlie, Credentialing/Project Management

Ms. Haderlie has been with WMI since its inception. Her long experience provides invaluable organizational continuity to our approach to management and credentialing issues. She assists the members with credentialing for both physicians and facilities and she manages the credentialing database and the provider set up within the payers’ systems, ensuring that claims are administered correctly. She also provides project support.
